Budget: $4,000
More specific use (what games, what programs): Heavy use on Siemens NX, and some games (any of the AAA titles now days), interwebbing, etc
Planned time until purchase: About a month
Do you need an Operating System?: No, already got windows 10 64bit
Do you have any specific preferred components?: not overly already have a case, Corsair 500r
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: No
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Not really at this stage but the budget should allow for it if i ever do.
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: No got all of that already
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): Queensland, Australia

i actually have the money to buy it now i just figured a month would give me sufficient time in case parts arent in stock

maybe drop the 300$ case since he has one...
