Built this pc about 6 years ago and just bought a 2080 due to games being sluggish. Anything else I should upgrade to make video card optimal or am I ok?

A real cooler and an overclock.
The card will be bottlenecks hard I think.

If you want to stream in the future I would invest into a new amd cpu/ram/mobo.
Then sell your current ram/mobo/cpu for a quick 100-200$
