for that price, you're probably better off looking for a used pc on craigslist/facebook marketplace
you may be able to find a decent deal.

do you have any components already? like PSU or HDD?
also do you need wifi?
we need a general location too if we are to link specific items.
if you don't have any components... 600 is still a bit rough to build with. i'd still probably recommend buying a used or refurbished pc if you can't salvage any old parts.
