Hi I want to upgrade my computer so I can stream with good quality. I currently can stream, and it does not lag, however, the picture quality is a little jagged/pixelated (like the text is a little bit blurred) and not quite as sharp as most streamers have.
Here are my current specs:
2x Nvidia GTX 680 in SLI
(Using 3 monitors, sometimes also an additional support monitor) So 4 monitors total (which eats up a lot of power, so i switch to 2 monitors for performance if I have to)
Intel Core i7-2600K
ASUS P8Z77-V Pro (Motherboard)
Hard Drives: Mushkin Chronos 120GB and Samsung 850 Evo 250 GB
Memory: 16GB DIMM DDR3 clocked @ 1333 Mhz
Windows 7 64 bit

Does anyone know what single GPU would be better then 2x 680's in SLI?
Just hard to compare on websites when you have 2 cards running in SLI (only wants to compare single cards against each other)

You might be able to fix just by adjusting stream settings
but essentially your cpu is your most limiting factor here.
Changing it requires new mobo and ram.

I replaced my single 680 a 1070, for over double the performance.
Probably your best bet tbh unless you wanna spend more.

We need a budget to work with for cpu/mobo/ram combo.

budget will be approx 2 grand. Prefer to keep things as cheap as possible.

Well find the box cause any suggestions going forward are Dependant on the psu. (its should be enough tbh but lets be sure)
60fps is a hard target and will mostly come down to your Internet speed as well so run a speed text for us from here...
https://testmy.net/

your gpu's are enough tbh so if you want we can add a new gpu but its not needed imo.

i've got about 15 mbs upload speed but will run test
