this is the build he came up with.

he does a lot of mods in skyrim / likes to play old games which involves emulation / will play newer games like siege, farcry, etc

any change? (he's looking for the most bang for his buck)

currency is CAD

budget would prib be 800-950cad realisticly.

junk, he has an unrealistic budget, considering it's CAD. Tell him to save few more hundred, he will end up with a much better system vs half assed one at 800-950.
