Be first time building my first one, i like to try and spend less then 1k

any ideals what to start with, i always been a windows fan, last 5 years been using a 23in all in one touchscreen for gaming and its very sad, 1-5 fps 2 resources stall in background lol and ultra low setting on sc2 cant even play anything else like poe or anything to laggy

hey bud. i got almost the exact same setup with minor upgrades to video card and motherboard. it was my first time building as well (built one when i was 11 but doesn't really count).
