So my friend preordered anthem and turns out his computer is ancient. 2009 ancient.

I'm looking to get his main components up to the desired qualifications for anthem which are the following:

1300x or 4790k
1060, 2060 6gb or amd 480
16 gigs ram


Obviously I can likely get more expensive, thus better parts than their requirements. He lives by a Frys, but microcenter is too far away.
Basically need new Mobo, cpu, ram, GPU and that's it. Probably a new PSU too now that I think about it
