Needs to do 4k @ 60fps minimums.. what's best bang for bug. Open box and refurb or slightly used are ok suggestions. Obviously 2080ti would be best but I'm wandering what I could get away w/ for dec price

depends what you're playing. Esports can do that with like a 1070 or vega card. Triple A titles you pretty much want a 2080 ti.

Honestly, mostly play fortnite, d2 (which obviously doesn't req much) lol
