cuz i dont want to buy a overpowered CPU since i dont upgrade my comp i just sell it and make a new one

basically the money question is, your budget is 1.3k without CPU? or do we just assume it's 1.6k with CPU.

can go up to 1.8 but id like to stay around 1.6

that should be around 1600 after taxes

not worth paying $200 more for low end 1080 model with blower type fan, go with higher end 1070ti's
i'd rather spend the extra going with intel if you're strictly focusing on games and wanna spend more
pretty much white/red/black built around the case u picked, ram is rgb so make it red and you got white/red ram goin on or save $5 and pick gskills red ram if u dont like led.

If playing 1080p just get i5 8600k w/ a z370 mobo.
if playing 1440p, get r5 2600 w/ a b450 mobo.

what about 4k ?
