About 6 months ago with the help of a few on this forum I built a computer.
Spent around 1200$ on the tower alone because I wanted a few name brands instead of parts from companies I had never heard of.
+ I decided on a different mobo and gpu.

About a week ago I had a power surge. My computer was protected thankfully nothing was ruined.
However this has put me in the market for a new surge protector. As the one I have is more than likely as old as one of my animals.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a surge protector?
If you do, why is that your suggestion?

Look for one that has a circuit breaker IN the surge protector.

Reason: So next time you computer survives... again.
