Hey guys, so I recently put $1000 into a nice desktop computer over the summer and have been running an ethernet cord into my modem for internet.

I am now* moving to a new home and have to rely on wireless internet. There's boosters all over the house and the wifi is really really good, but what do I need to buy for my desktop to install in order to have it connect to wifi?

Can you please link me something that I can purchase for my computer in order to make it connect to wifi?

Here's a list of the parts that are within my computer:

Thank you!

i'm not very familiar with networking properties, but it seems you should list what your router is.

it appears to be pending on a few things like dual band or not,or being a modem/router combo

I'm mainly looking for suggestions of the best one to get, one that I wont catch random lag spikes while gaming (one that's really reputable)

The one I linked runs off of PCI-e (much faster than USB, is the latest wifi standard, and has a cable for the antenna so you can move it to an unobstructed spot. I have it personally, and no complaints. I've been able to actually get higher speedtests over that wifi than ethernet. (you will still get more lag spikes with wireless, but that's a concept disadvantage, not a quality problem).
