All depends on the few factory you didn't list:

- which (kinds of) games do you play?
- in which resolution?
- at which refresh rate?

Also, except for its looks matching your obvious desire for a red/black build, the CPU cooler you are about to buy is absolute trash at that price point, especially if you plan on overclocking (which Z390 MB hints at).

Is there a specific reason for a Z390 MB? I'd say you'll find plenty of red/black MBs in the Z370 or H370 category to save some money.

hi
thx for the reply
im playing d2/lol/very rarely wow/d3 and would like to be able to try out newer games in the future which i can‘t on current pc
resolution - id like to be able to play on max/high if that makes sense, nn 4k or any of that high-end stuff lol
i also need it for office work but nothing fancy

what do the letters/numbers say about the mb? and why is the cooler trash?
was gonna go for the cryorg h7 (was told this would be a good choice - but just like u assumed - was trying to go with a red/black theme, but perhaps i wont after all lol)

the country i live in kinda has limited availability of used stuff
not to mention the limited online shops that actually ship to austria (first i tried to assemble a pc at pcpartpicker just to realize i couldn’t even get all the parts shipped to where i live lol; so i started looking at different possibilities and prices started to exceed my budget.. then i stumbled upon a ger site called dubaro.de which has pcp kinda prices and decided to get all the stuff from there)

id just like to know if a 1070ti is a bad investment for a long-term use

tyvm for the input tho

Mid-high isn't a res...
1080p, 1080p ultrawide, 1440p, 1440p ultrawide, 4k?
Refresh rate?

1070ti isn't a bad gpu, probably the best price:performance of anything on the market right now.
