ImO opt for a lower range B350 mainboard (-50$), a cheaper & possibly lower wattage PSU (-25$).

There's 3200 MHz RAM in the same price range as that 2400 MHz set you linked, so there's no use in buying lower speeds.

Spend some of the money you saved to buy an M.2 type SSD (Crucial MX500). No difference in speed, but you can avoid running 2 cables through your case.

Wireless cards or especially sticks aren't too pricey either. Should be covered by your remaining budget.

Could also go for a 2600X with the saved money, but tbh I don't necessarily see a benefit.
