Honestly go to best buy (or similar) and just get a cheap laptop with 8gb ram, and buy a 120gb ssd on black Friday and pop that in. I'd she's not doing anything demanding, the mobility will be nice.

Otherwise a AMD 200ge and any am4 board with 8 GB ram dual channel.
