Looking to build a higher mid-range tier computer, having a little trouble with the number of fans to go with. I was thinking 3 in front (intake) and just one in the back (exhaust), also I was trying to find out what CPU cooler should I go with? Looking to go with air cooled to keep it a bit quieter. I am not looking to do any overclocking. If you see something on this list and have a better suggestion for performance to cost let me know! I don't mind paying a little more for a better performance or a more trusted quality brand.

Also, I am not going for looks so no tempered glass on my case.

Thanks,

I'd do this..
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CHskbX

your not oc'ing no point in getting k version or thermal paste, could even leave out after market cooler tbh, but I added it for looks/temps.
memory change only for aesthetics. case cheaper and same features for most part, PSU cheaper and better.
Maxed out fans for you, will have slightly more positive airflow to help with dust. windows 10 pro 64bit is 5$ on ebay for an OEM key.
1080ti is what you buy, though tbh I'd buy this used atm and save yourself easy 200+. cheaper mobo since you don't need to oc,
but need to retain memory speeds.

Wouldn't that GPU bottleneck the CPU?

no

/edit
I should also point out the reason I got 4 silent fans is so your spare fan (one that
comes with case)
can be put on your cooler for a push/pull configuration if you so choose.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CKGkbX - Waste of money IMO, but it's what you wanted.
If you want better performance per dollar, get an 8600k with a nice z370 mobo and an H7, some 3k 15cas ram, and overclock it without adding additional voltage. Without overclocking a CPU, that GPU is going to be bottlenecked unless you're playing at 4k.
