Could upgrade to a nice SSD for about another $75 CAD.
Basically do you want max possible FPS at 1080p? Or a nice 1440p picture, but you might not hit 150 fps in a couple of the games.

I don't care about graphics, main concern is FPS
I am also willing to spend a few extra $ to get a 1070
