I'm looking for good fps (60 if possible on most @1080p). I'm using this monitor
https://www.neweggbusiness.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9B-24-236-205&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleBiz-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleBiz-PC-_-pla-_-Monitors+-+LCD+Flat+Panel-_-9B-24-236-205&gclid=CjwKCAjw2rjcBRBuEiwAheKeL827zIQxreYDVYwjGyJqkIozw1YL3b0j2hFzqNZxmh_RQ5Y2I64x_RoC3koQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
List of components I have available that I could and would use for another build.
Antec EarthWatts 550W platinum or Seasonic 850w Gold (this one is a bit older, around 5 years of use).
Rosewill Stealth case (haven't actually used it, still in a box but I'm open to a different case if the controllers and cable management is good)
Feel free to comment if I should get different components than the ones I have available to me if they are needed.

- $999.84 @ time of post with $20 MiR.
R5 2600 & GTX 1080 will be good for a LONG time to come, especially for 1080p60fps. (the 1080 can push high refresh on 1440p on some titles)
SSD will have enough space for around 6 open world RPG style games, possibly more (I'm not sure how big most rpg game files are).

Looks nice, I'd ditch that crucial SSD all together tho. The 500gb Samsung will be enough with a 3tb HDD

probably something to look forward to in the future. I still have 2 sata ports that are free with the crucial ssd, so I'm not in a rush to ditch it. I'm using it atm to download ESO (roughtly 80GB once it's all there).
I'll definitely look into replacing it later down the line though.

I didn't mean replace. I literally meant just take it out and use the Samsung drive. Unless you really have over 400gb of games downloaded at any given time that all need to be on the SSD.
