More specific use (what games, what programs): leage of legends Ect
Planned time until purchase: 1 week
Do you need an Operating System?: yes
Do you have any specific preferred components?: no
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: yes / wireless would be nice but I could just plug it in with Ethernet cord
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: what ever is better
Do you need a monitor no be using a 32 inch tv mouse no have a razor keyboard?: also have a razor

CPU performance is pretty close.
The 1050ti is more powerful. but for LoL, CSGO etc the Vega 11 is more than sufficient. also you can put in a GPU in the future as well.

This will handle E-sports titles just fine (league, csgo, overwatch, etc), and if you decide you want more gaming power, just pop in a dedicated graphics card.
