What's your monitor refresh rate? If more than 60hz, I recommend getting a better card

I didnt buy a monitor yet still looking for one , my old monitor from old system doesn't have HDMI or DVI and is 18.5". The card has no VGA socket. I picked this card cuz I got it used (the person bought it 1 month ago so its basically like new and sold it to me for like 30$). I would say it was a good deal
