Wanna get a desktop built while memorial day sales are going on.
Mostly going to be used for modeling and simulation but if I actually decide to play a game id like to be able to. Any and all help is appreciated

Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Stock
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: Don't need a monitor, need a mouse and keyboard.
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): Shipping doesn't matter as long as I get the best bang for my buck.
