TBH that gpu will be bottleneck'd by that cpu along with any other decent card these days.

I was worrying about that.

I suppose its best to just start a new build ... i think with my current parts i cant really upgrade with this moba ?

Budget 200-400
elder scrolls online, diablo 3, overwatch, PUBG, Fortnite, Street fighter 4-5, Rainbow Six Siege, GTA 5 (some other games i would like to try would struggle with my current build) it seems any newer game runs like poopoo on my pc

No your shit out of luck for upgrades, I mean you could but you won't net any real benefits... more like a money drain.
@400 mark the 580 is your best bet.

you are not wrong there lol... times are rough my dude.. im just waiting for something to go south so i can just build a new PC ... from case etc ...ill just save the money i was planning on a brand new gpu towards a new build.

i made the mistake of going super budget with my current build and now im paying the piper

tbh you did the right thing, clearly it lasted and you got your moneys worth and didn't miss much.
I build the most stupid rigs for others and just shake my head.
