bought a 500 dollar gaming computer to play ghost recon. shit keeps freezing and i need someone to point me in the right direction to make this computer good enough to run it

Link to the computer u bought? Let us take a look at the specs :P (to help if u need to upgrade anything, or what the bottleneck is)

just saw the computer he pm'd me.

my god how can wal-mart still fucking sell that. that's like a good pc if it was bought 7 years ago mate. try to return it if i were you, $500 is a bunch of money and not worth that at all. can't upgrade that either, except for maybe a better graphics card. but you'll need a much better CPU too.

can you point me in the direction of a computer i could buy that wouldnt cost me too much more than that?

around $499 is going to be pretty hard for a prebuilt, with good cpu and gpu

have you thought of putting a computer together yourself?

something like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077S27YLP/, but only the used prices fit around budget. (and you really want one with an SSD too).. as i said, it's gonna be difficult

i can't do prebuilts within dat budget i just can't make myself link a site

i just know down deep in my heart, building a custom one with dat kind of money, you'll get far more for your money. ethical and moral dilemma
