Post back about a week before you actually plan to purchase. With GPU prices right now, a lot could change in that time.

aww i have a 300$ computer now that can run ark on the lowest setting, and once I have the map fully loaded its not bad just when i come across someone with massive building takes a second to load in

I feel ya, I played ark awhile back and its really poorly optimized and I don't feel a 600$ build will actually net you much improvement.
If i was you i'd save up more before going to a new system if you can make what you have work.
Otherwise just buy a 1060 6gb and you'll see a huge improvement even on that older cpu then upgrade cpu/ram/mobo later.

true kinda curious to what the gains would be but I mean.. it's worth going for a 1060 imo
