ATM I assume the best course of action is just googling "New nvidia gtx graphics card" constantly to keep it as broad as possible (so it tags the first sites to post on it). Would you agree?

and it's likely you wont be late cause the first cards are usually reference cards which don't have custom coolers and typically don't suffice for cooling as well as the custom cards that are released at a later date. unless that's what you want (a blower style cooler)
Getting the card at release msrp price vs waiting and having the price skyrocket from miners is more important to me.
If anything I'll just sell it after I buy a gigabyte one or something later on.
