thats what i would get if i was building a streaming/gamer pc combined maybee throw a bit more if you want to run some game at max fps like pubg escape from tarkov etc.. i doubt you can drop under 110fps, and will be running almost everything at 144.

screen is 27'' so ofc the 24'' is cheaper if thats big enough for you

200-250$ left for keyboard,mouse... can get anything you want i think, if your not going full crazy

forgot the case, but you still can get some wood and make one for like 10$

should be approx 3000$

yes some people still use CD,pretty annoying if you need one and just wanted to save 25$

Lol ur not gonna get steady 144fps with 1800x and 1070.
Spending 3k cad and getting a Ryzen is silly.

8700k and 1080ti will get you 143+ fps on a 1440p jo

got this exactly

8700k with the same graphic card as in the ryzen 1800x

8700k will use 90-95% cores

1800x will use 60-65%

8700k will have in general 7% bonus fps in most of the game.

1800x still get 100+ on alot of game WHILE streaming.

i mean, 8700k and 1080 are like 1750$ together,

add like 500-600$ if you want to be cheap with mouse,keyboard,headset and monitor and buy everything in special
