He wants a i5 7500 , wont overclock
What would be the best mobo?
He lookin to spend less than $200 CAD for it

Pretty sure any motherboard 70-100$ price range is fine if ur not overclocking

These are all the top boards you "can" get.

Though you can buy a decent one that works just fine for much less like...

Also, if he hasn't actually bought the processor, recommend him getting the i5-8400 instead. It's just the current version of the same chip (more cores, faster speed).
And with that, he'd just need a z370 mobo.
