Will a gammax 400 air cooler+2x 120 mm fans be enough for an overclocked i5-8600k system with gtx 1080?

depends on the OC you aiming for.
should be fine for a mild one, though do note dual fans will not make a huge difference.
better off having a good static pressure fan vs 2 cheap 120mm fans.

Is that cooler cheaper then the evo 212 in your area?
if so go for it but if not get the 212 as is only difference of a few degrees iirc.

Like 50-60?

Ill pay more if its worth it but i dont think it is

In that range of price no it's not worth goign with anything more.
stick to either the evo 212 or a variant of that like the 212x / 212+
The H7 is also a solid choice as well, as its about the same in performance.
Just get w/e's cheapest

H7 is quieter I think it’s a tiny bit better at cooling too
