https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vKrycY - Better graphics card, less ram, no SSD

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ssGBmq - Worse GFX Card, more RAM, SSD

Top one would last longer because you can just add the ram/SSD later and you're not losing anything, bottom one you would have to replace a part you already have to upgrade in the future. I would recommend the top build; and potentially add more ram/SSD at a later time when the funds are available.

Build is a bit below budget. If you wanted to add something else, there's 4 routes you could go:

Upgrade CPU to an i5/r5 (+$150) - Would not be a noticeable increase if you just plan on playing the games listed above, or just any esports style titles in general. Recommend if you plan on using your computer for any actual workload.
Upgrade RAM to 16gb (+$100) - Would be more future proof, but again, not really noticeable unless you have a tendency to leave a lot of unnecessary browser tabs/background programs open.
Add a SSD (+$100) - Would greatly decrease load times and make your PC feel overall snappier, will not have much of an impact once inside a game (unless you play an open world game like Skyrim). I'd recommend this option if you want to use your whole budget.
Upgrade GFX to 1060 (+$150) - Would have the biggest performance on gaming IF you decide to start playing more demanding titles or want to play at above 1080p 60 fps.
