This build will play wow max settings 100+ fps at 1080p no problem.
An i7 is overkill for gaming unless you're really trying to push framerates (200+), and even then it's game dependent. The i5 here will do just as well for WoW, and save you almost $100. The cooler and mobo it's paired with will allow for some moderate overclocking as well a few years down the road (or now if you really want, but not worth it imo)
Newer, more efficient CPU cooler. The 212 is good, the H7 is better; probably the best single tower CPU cooler.
Strix is overkill unless you just want RGB. The one I have in there still have decent heatsinks on the mosfets, lots of fan headers, etc.
Ram is ram. Any name brand with high speeds will have the same performance in single/dual channel applications (quad channel is only supported by HEDT processors and chipsets)
Saved a bit on the SSD, it will perform just as well. You're never going to notice a difference in load times compared to a Samsung gaming.
6gb >>>> 3gb, mostly because most games require 2-3gig minimum, so you fill up quick at 3g. Also, you can only SLI with 1070 or higher end cards, and at that price it's just cheaper to buy a 1080.
Case wasn't in stock, plus the one I linked will have better filters, better cable management, and overall better build quality.
500 watts will be plenty for this, considering it only takes about 300 to run the components.
