Unfortunately, the vid card prices are crazy right now because of the bitcoin miners...

Sorry to hi-jack the post, but say if I were to build something like this in parts would it still be usable? For example, if I got everything minus the graphics card, half the memory, and the cooler. (to reduce the price, and get them later)?

Well it would be usable w/o the grfx card, if you only do simple games. You will still need a cooler, but you could get a cheaper one.
As for the RAM, I would just get the 16GB set. I've seen too many people trying to add more RAM later on and having compatibility issues.

/e here's a cheaper build as well...

yea when i was kinda looking around i noticed vid cards are crazy right now. but thanks ill look over everything :D. ill have to see where i can trim it down some since that exceeds my budget quite a bit :(

/e that ryzen build is closer to my budget and ive been seeing that the ryzen 5 is pretty close to the i7's. havent used amd since the phenom II.

yea thats what i was hearing i know the I7 7700k is better than the ryzen but just barely so its not really a bad idea to save a little money there.

in the end i just wanna be able to play most games at least at 60fps atm playin pubg with 30-40 fps on low + random game lock ups im just looking forward to not having these issues anymore. as long as teh ryzen does that im going with it lol.

That comparison is for the 1600. There is a 1700 and an 1800 also. :)
