This weekend i want to get

Z370-E Rog Strix
Hyper X black fury 2133 16G
I5-8600k

OR

1080 Rog Asus

Which one should i get ?

The GPU or the trio ? (cpu/mobo/ram)

GPU. You can just overclock the CPU a bit
