I need to add some case fans, ideally I would like fan speed controlled by CPU / GFX temps if possible. Or at least manual... here is my current build.

The top of the case has 2 spots for either 140mm or 120mm fans.
I don't know what type of connectors I need or if additional fans and fan control are possible with my current build...

I'm trying to stay away from 80+ c GFX card

Did your motherboard get high temps usually? I had same one and it just died on me, always 60c+ it seemed like, really ran hot. I had a hot room and few fans too though, just consider it curiosity from me, sorry I can't help your question.

Under normal use/gaming temps are not an issue for me maybe mid 40s c. But under heavy load it can get pretty hot.

Do you care about sound levels from the fans?
Your after pwm fans if your mobo has the open slots for it or a fan controller to go with fans.
140's are generally quieter then 120's and push more air. IF its solely for case fans your aim is High CFM.

Then theres budget... premium fans are 30-40$ per while cheap fans 8-15$,
Is there a prefer colour your after to match the rest of your case?

i dont know what pwm is or if i have slots open for anything.
i dont want really load ones, but dont want to pay for the quietest available. quickly looking on newegg, i was thinkingi was going to be around $40 total with tax/shipping i dont need any lights or bs. my case is all black, there is a tiny blue light from my mobo inside, but no window to see it.

PWM is 4pin and standard 3pin.
PWM = Pulse-width modulation

So looking at mobo you have 1x pwm slot on far right. 1x standard 3pin for back and 1x pwm for cpu fan.
Meaning you need a fan controller. The alternative is standard fans with the focus on quietness so you can crank em and not care.

Thats what I'd go with to be cheap and effective. Note you may need 3pin to molex connectors and I'm unaware if they come with the fans but most fans do.
This way you can connect them directly to the PSU and not worry about not having enough fan slots on mobo.
