My brother is looking to put a rig together but he isn't very familiar with computers, etc. He plays Farming Simulator 17 on the highest detail on his alienware laptop but is looking to do this on a PC.
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could put together a budget build from pcpartspicker as someone did for me several years ago.
I'm assuming he's looking to spend like 800 bucks or something along those lines. Miscellaneous stuff like operating system and mouse, monitor, etc can be left out. Thanks so much!

imo get a

msi mother board
16gb ram
i7 prosessor
gtx 1070 grafix card
a solid state hard drive
a nice power supply
windows 10

putt all that in your old desk tops case and bang good unit for a fair price

thats about around $1500 but think how much time do you spend on the computer would it be worth it?
