Budget: $2000
More specific use (what games, what programs): Overwatch / Other games for next few years, and dabble in photoshop.
Planned time until purchase: Around 3 months.
Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: Small SSD for OS.
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: No
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Not sure yet. Would like some kind of cooling other than stock.

Current Build :
AMD FX 8320 3.5ghz
GTX 970
CM Hyper 212 Cooler
MSi Mobo (Idk Model)
8GB Ram
1TB HDD / 500GB HDD
Fractal Design Define R4 Case

Also I run 2 monitors usually, sometimes 3.
I currently only get around 120fps on Overwatch, and can't seem to get it much higher. This is my main goal with the rebuild, along with being able to play other games down the road.
I'm probably going for a GTX 1080 and I'd like to switch to an Intel build.

Any other info needed, please feel free to ask me. Thanks!

few questions:

overclocking?
are you using any of your hard drives, case?
what is your current psu?
location (for shipping and part pricing accuracy)?

if you would like to use your r4 case, does it have the window? if so would you prefer the internal components to be themed ( to match the case / specific color? )

~~~
also overwatch system req's:
Operating system: Windows Vista/7/ 8/10 64-bit (latest Service Pack)
Processor: Intel Core i3 or AMD Phenom X3 865.
Video: Nvidia GeForce GTX 460, ATI Radeon HD 4850, or Intel HD Graphics 4400.
Memory: 768 MB VRAM, 4 GB System RAM.
Storage: 7200 RPM with 5 GB available HD space.
you should be able to just upgrade a few components and be fine for a few years. in the end its your decision. i have the pc i have built for my son ( fx 8320) overclocked to 4.2ghz using a corsair h80i v2. as for your ram, it really depends on the motherboard and the speeds it can accept (need the model to determine the speeds) also need the speed of your current ram.
i suggest just upgrading your video card, cooler, ram, get your ssd; also possibly your psu (depending on current output)
information needed for parts picker current list:
current mobo model:
current ram manufacturer/model:
hard drive manufacturer:
power supply manufacturer/output:
