What's your budget and usage? Just gaming/web browsing/YouTube/Netflix?
I didn't read post, just looked at your $700 build and changed it a little. Ryzen eats ram so you would benefit heavily from a faster ram kit (I went with 3000 instead of your 2133)

Also double post, but w/e.

You don't like the pro board? has 4 ram slots , seems like a better upgrade path, no? And the 20$ isn't worth for the 1300x compared to the 1200 you think?

i do, i just tried to make it fit against the $700 budget. my build is centered on the $ value and the best bang for buck in that category.
if your budget is higher, we can def squeeze in some better parts.

slightly higher on the budget: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/Z3YZ6X
Can swap to hdd instead of ssd to save $$

the 1200 vs 1300x should overclock the same, getting the 1300x over the 1200 is you call though. personally I wouldnt do it.

try getting high speed memory (2666 ++) for ryzen, it's been proven this cpu shows better performances with higher ram clocks
