I was looking to replace my GPU, my 7850 stopped working.

Specs (currrent):

Intel i7-5820k @ 3.30 GHz
Sapphire HD 7850 2GB
Asrock Extreme3 X99 (socket 2011)
Thermal take Litepower 750W
Kingston 8GB - 1600
Samsung EVO 250 + 512 SSD. 1TB Seagate for extra storage
Stock cooler

Looking to spend around $300 - $450 if it's a big difference - student that doesn't have stacks of cash to throw around lol.

Mostly use it for gaming, hoping to run PUBG if possible.
I've been leaning towards the 1060 3gb and possibly a cooler to overclock the 5820k
Would 8GB ram suffice? I don't run anything in the background besides voip. I don't think PUBG would require much.
