Budget would be ideally 500~ or less, but if there is a reason to spend more I am open to hear that out

I think you can use code 10%OFFMONITOR for addition 10% off to bring it down to ~460 or whatever.

It is only 24" though, but 144Hz Gsync 1440p for pretty damn good price

I think I messed the link up, it brings you to the 27" which is more expensive but you can click 23.8" at the bottom left to see the monitor I'm talking about

same monitor i have, love it!

i got mine on sale at microcenter for $399.

It comes down to 650 with the 10% off coupon for the 27", which I still think fits my budget pretty well and the fact the reviews on it are good, and 2 of you vouch it here is good enough for me.
