Budget: $2500-$2600 AUD with shipping.
More specific use (what games, what programs): CSGO, PUBG, Path of Exile, GTA 5.
Planned time until purchase: ASAP
Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: Coffee Lake, Kraken x62, 16GB Ram, NVMe SSD. (Don't need a HDD or a Case (NZXT S340))
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: No
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: No, I will be overclocking.
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: No
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 4000

I would assume the I7 8700k to be $500-$550.

I don't think newegg shows up on AU pcpartpicker, so I put together this on newegg

So the price would probably come to $2600 with the CPU, nvm the newegg duty at checkout is +300$.

Forget the newegg stuff, I don't receive manufacturer warranty when ordering from there, back to the drawing board. I think I could have just done 2 separate orders that weren't above 1000$ to avoid the estimated duty @ checkout.
