Made a few minor changes
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/

Changed to 1700 because they overclock to the same frequency, reaching identical performance.
To corsair h100i overall better quality than the cooler master one.
Windows 10 pro keys can be bought for 5$. Bought a few myself without any problems.
Corsair k70 to a corsair strafe. I personally like the strafe better. also a much newer model.
Evga G3 750W instead. more recent model, 100W less but considerably cheaper. You system not gonna pull more than 450W tops.

What audio devices do you have since you wanna get an soundcard? the onboard on that motherboard is pretty darn good. Doubt you would sound any difference in quality.
If you are a professional about audio you should get an DAC instead.
Don't you have a optical drive you can reuse? and do you even use CDs anymore? I haven't had use for one for the past 6 years or so.
