Won't be for video editing or anything. Just gaming.

Ordering for a buddy of mine. Strict budget of $1,000.

Be able to run mostly free games on steam, but also some other games like Overwatch, Pubg.

60hz 1080p prefered.


does not need storage, keyboard, or mouse

Currently have vista, but I have an extra copy of win10 to give him.

Ideally, I'd like a small computer. Mid tower, preferably smaller; but don't sacrifice quality just for that.

That is already Nvidia build. 1070 = Nvidia

Yea I derped out. I meant an intel chip, like an i7.
