You would need to open the computer case and read the make/model and wattage of the current power supply.

It's not that hard.

We know it's cheap, that's why we need to know what power supply it has.



Dell has a tendency to use "just enough" power supplies. So one that works for a GT 610 vid card may not work with a GTX 1060.

There should be some screws on the computer case that will allow you to open the side panel or possibly slide the whole exterior of the case off.

The power supply is usually in the very top or very bottom of the case, usually towards the rear.

It's the box that has all the wires coming out of it. Generally they are like 3" x 4" x 5"


/e If the power supply is under 450-500 watts, a GTX 1060 may be too much for it.
