I am building a new PC for college and mostly gaming use. I was thinking of getting a 144hz monitor with it. At this moment I play games like Overwatch, CS GO, D3 but I want it to be able to run more demanding games.
My budget is about £600 which is around 780 US dollars. I don't care about fancy cases or anything, this budget is only for the the rig not the monitor or accessories. Any recommendations or good deals on what GPU and CPU to pick for the build?
I live in Ireland so I will be ordering parts from UK or Irish websites, like amazon.uk etc.

Well that's a low budget, and 600£ doesn't really translate into 780$ when taxes on UK hardware gets calculated in.
