need a cheap comp thats not to pricey
whats the cheapest i can go that i can still have a decent computer

nothing to crazy, mostly csgo and far cry, black desert online, diablo 3, swtor, poe

regular refresh rate, on that note whats a good cheap monitor

Far Cry Primal? Because then you will be looking for some better hardware than full budget.
An AMD Ryzen would probably fit your needs a bit better.

1050ti is pretty weak but gpu prices are rather high atm.
If u can save more, getting a 1060 3gb will be better. 6gb if u can come up with even more.
