you don't need a $100 noobkiller extreme pro liquid airflow max case for a build that pulls 250 watts tops. Downgrade that and get a 1500x instead because it is a worthy upgrade over the 1400 for $20 more with better binning, cooling, and, more importantly, far more l3 Cache which really does make a difference. Especially at 1080p where you may very well find yourself cpu bound in many titles.
Definitely OC it too, the spire does struggle to cool an oc'd ryzen 7 it would seem, but the 1500x is a quad core part. At the bare minimum you'll be able to hit 3.8ghz with it, with a slight amount of luck 3.9, and with a moderately high amount of luck 4.0. It's all up to the silicon lottery.
Assuming you were planning to run at stock speeds regardless, 1500x is still worth it just because of the significantly higher base clock.
