currently in windows 10 bootcamp on my macbook pro

games are laggy that shouldnt be like wow/dota/poe etc and i think cpu temp is higher then usual?

maybe i dont have correct drivers/ fan not working?

That is an adequate system for the most part but your gpu is only marginally faster than my old GT 240 and that struggled somewhat on 2013 PoE, a bit on dota and wow too back then and im sure they've only become more demanding since. it was always a gpu bottleneck on those games even with a relatively pathetic (compared to your cpu) core2 duo e6750

and yes you could also be thermal throttling, laptops do that over time and yours is particularly old so it may be time to clean it

Could temp seems fine if that's not at idle.
Even if it is, we'd need to know the temp u hit while playing games
The 650m is most likely your problem
