Benefit of overclocking is that you have options down the road.
You don't have to overclock out of the gate if you don't want to.
But if you'd like to stretch the cpu a little further instead of upgrading, you can with overclocking :)

My build was thrown together a little sloppily, someone will post better :)

yeah but amd is cheaper and intel is crazy exspensive, why is that? is AMD shit compaired to Intel?
