Just adds cost and quite a bit of pain to the installation. MAYBE the 212 evo is quieter but from what I've heard the spire is also quite silent.
Then again you also spent more on the psu than i would have for this build but a good power supply is never a bad investment. Rebate is nice too but like most people I don't even bother with them lol.
