Budget: - 700 tops but would like to be around 600 or less if possible
More specific use (what games, what programs):skyrim special edition for now, basic web surfing/office tasks. Eventually replace my console for Madden/nba/NHL games
Planned time until purchase: this summer
Do you need an Operating System?: yes
Do you have any specific preferred components?: slim sff case
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: yes if they are necessary for a build
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: not overlooking
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: not atm
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs):15642

I know that I'm not going to be able to run games on ultra high graphics settings for this budget, but as long as I can play on normal graphics that would be great.

I would like upgradability to be an option for the future to "future proof"

Anyone have any ideas here?
Thanks!

repost a few days before purchase, prices change and new technologies will be out.

Will do. Was looking to see what can be done in this range. If something hits my price range I'm ready to buy now.
