You will need to list the make and model of the case and the power supply if you want them to be re-used in your new build.

I'd wait awhile for the i7-1530k supposed to be rocking 40 cores and 120 threads and support for ddr7
Also grab a Titan LE DXZ+ it's got those new instructions so you can use some of that 200gb of hbm3 as a ramdisk, i would assign it to pagefile since your budget's going to be stretched for storage and memory.
