She asked me for advice and I've been out of the loop for so long.. Her son will be turning 16, he's autistic, currently has some cheap Hp laptop that can barely run the original doom. Her budget is 300-400, she'd prefer to stay under 350 if possible though.
He mostly plays simple steam games, typically the free ones. And he wants to make simple videos to put on YouTube..
